Renting a car on Ibiza is a hot tip! The roads are well maintained and it only takes an hour to travel across the island. The landscape is green and the coasts are lined with small bays. On Ibiza you will find no less than 50 beaches, so take the opportunity to discover a new one every day! The inland is genuinely Spanish, with olive groves side by side and picturesque, small villages that welcome you. Something you can’t miss is to visit the popular hippie market in Es Canar, the market was started by hippies already in 1960 and here you will find clothes and jewellery at low prices.
Best time: Between May and September most people visit the island. Hottest weather is during July and August, when the average temperature is close to 30 degrees (Celsius).

On Ibiza every tourist must pay tourist tax, which you do dierctly to the hotel. The cost is between 1-2 € per person and night depending on the classification on the hotel.
