Stroll through the heart and soul of the city, Knez Mihailova, where you can find a lot of shops with beautiful souvenirs. Visit Belgrade’s own Montemartre, Skadarska, which is filled to the brim with antique shops, street musicians and restaurants with good local food. Food and drink is almost a religion in the Serbian capital.Have a cocktail in one of the many bars along the beach (Ada Ciganlija: It’s a must!) and then visit any of the restaurants Homa, Manufaktura or Radost Fina Kuhinjica.Take a “green break” in Kalemegdan park or enjoy a late night cruise on the Danube for only 50 SEK per person.

Travel to Belgrade, the capital of Serbia!

Flights and transportation

The flight arrives at the Nikola Tesla Airport, located about 18 km west of the centre of Belgrade. Transportation is easy and the bus takes approx. 30 minutes. The buses 72 or 607 departs right from the airport and a one-way ticket costs 10 SEK if you buy in a kiosk, but if you choose to buy the ticket on the bus it costs around 15 SEK. A taxi costs about 150 to 200 sek, the prices are fixed. Thanks to short distances, the best way to get around Belgarde is by foot. Although, the city has good public transportation with buses and tram. And it is cheap! We actually recommend that you rent a bike!
