Transfer to your hotel

Malta is a small island, so the distances are relatively short. It is possible to add taxi transfer as you book your flight if you want to have everything booked and ready before you go on your trip. Normally you can count on the transfer to take fifteen minutes to St. Julians or Sliema, and about half an hour to the hotels situated along the northwestern coast of Malta.

Tourist fee at Malta

On the 1 of July 2016 a tourist fee (Eco Tax) was added to all accommodations, which must be paid in cash at the hotel on arrival. The fee is €0.50 per person and night, max €5. Youth under the age of 18 are excluded.
