Our highest priority is that you feel safe traveling with us, and with our Travel Safe concept, you can continue to do so.

It should not be difficult to decide to travel again – it should also not be complicated to book if something should happen, you shall of course feel safe when you are at your hotel, and also know that you will be well taken care of if an unfortunate situation should occur when you are at the destination.

Travel Safe means that you can choose between 3 037 covid-19 adapted hotels, that you have a flexible cancellation protection (additional purchase), and that you get personal service & cost protection in case of quarantine at the destination.

The covid-19 adapted hotels are available at most of our destinations and personal service & cost protection applies from the time the flight leaves the departure airport.

Covid-19 adapted hotels mean
– Hotels that have introduced extra routines regarding e.g. cleaning, social distancing, handling of food & drink and other additional targeted activities to covid-19 adapt their business.
– We have marked these hotels with ”Travel Safe”, and you will find them when you search for your next trip on tripx.fi or by clicking here

Flexible cancellation (additional purchase) means that
– You can cancel your trip, regardless of reason, up to 7 days before departure (but earliest 30 days before departure) and get your money back. Read more about “Flexible cancellation”

Personal service & Cost protection means that, if you or someone in your travel group should test positive for covid-19 when you are at the destination, and due to local rules then become obliged to self-isolate or quarantine, you and your travel companions will receive:
– Personal service and help with rebookings or new bookings of hotels and flights
– New hotel or extended stay at the initially booked hotel, at no extra cost
– New return journey, at no extra cost

Please note: Travel Safe is not a travel insurance. We recommend all our customers to always have a full travel insurance when you travel.
